Our Mission is to provide a series of community-based
health education and screening to African-Americans
residing in economically depressed rural communities in
Northern California (principally Alameda County). The
purpose of this assistance is to promote healthy living
standards by enabling individuals specifically
African-Americans, who are chronically ill and/or healthy;
to engage in health education, prevention and
maintenance.
